Cancellation and refunds

Atlas Pro is US$5 per week until cancelled. You can cancel in Stripe’s customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further weekly renewal is collected.

Because access is delivered immediately, completed periods are normally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, technical failure that prevented material access, or other legally required cases are reviewed promptly through 🆘・support. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

A failed renewal receives a single three-day grace period while Stripe retries payment. Access ends when that grace period or the paid entitlement expires.
